Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cincha’s websites, hosted applications, AI-assisted tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

The Service

Cincha lets users run and interact with hosted applications and AI agents, create workspaces, connect approved services, store files, and use third-party AI models. Features may be experimental, change, or be discontinued. We may impose reasonable technical, usage, or security limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Cincha a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process your content.

AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to output provided to others. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice. You must not use output where an error could cause death, personal injury, or significant harm without appropriate human review and safeguards.

Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with providers such as Google, OpenRouter, model providers, Stripe, Resend, and user-selected data services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms. Cincha is not responsible for third-party services, availability, output, or policy changes. Google sign-in is used only for authentication and does not itself authorize access to Google Drive or other Google product data.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• upload malware or attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or evasion;
• probe or exploit accounts, infrastructure, sandboxes, or security controls;
• send spam, phishing, deceptive content, or abusive automated traffic;
• process content or personal information without required authorization;
• circumvent limits, metering, billing, or provider restrictions;
• misrepresent AI output as human-authored where disclosure is required; or
• use the Service for high-risk decisions without qualified human oversight.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or the public.

Fees and credits

Paid usage, prices, credits, and applicable fees are shown before purchase or use. Cincha currently plans to charge the underlying OpenRouter model cost plus a 10% service fee. Credits are not money, may be limited to the Service, and are non-transferable except where law requires otherwise. Taxes may apply. Provider price changes may affect future usage prices.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Cincha permission to use it without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your content or confidential information.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or conduct likely to harm the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Cincha disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service or AI output will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cincha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Cincha’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Cincha during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a material change applies to your continued use, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email.
